Meditative Thought: Consistent Practice

The journey of spiritual awakening is one that requires our consistent practice. So let us begin each day with the intentionality that we are going to put these spiritual tools and principles to use. And let us also have the intentionality to do so not merely when everything is going according to plan, but also – and especially – when we are experiencing a challenge.

And let us remember to cultivate love and compassion towards ourselves, so that in those moments where we may fall short we have the ability to simply release, let go, and begin again — realizing that all is still well in the Mind of God.

With consistent practice we begin to embody the awakened state of consciousness as our natural way of life. And with love and compassion for ourselves, we find we are more easily capable of loving everyone else who enters into our field of awareness.
